As a shareholder in TransCorp, you own a part of a company committed to being the leader in not only product and service delivery but excellent shareholder relations. One way through which we show our support this objective is through equipping our shareholders with the necessary tools to ensure fair judgment of Board supervision and management performance.  TransCorp is the first Nigerian company to establish a dedicated investor relations and shareholder services function.

TransCorp has several thousand shareholders and we seek to ensure that each shareholder has equal access to forming a fair judgment of the company's performance and the returns on investment. The TransCorp Shareholder Guide has been prepared to provide shareholders with important information on their rights and other investor-related issues like buying and selling shares. In addition to the Guide, a Glossary of relevant terms has also been prepared for shareholders.

At the end of each financial year, TransCorp publishes an audited annual report. Sometimes shareholders may not be familiar with all the terms used in the report. The TransCorp Annual Report Terms serves as an ABC guide to help shareholders understand the report.
